Jessup’s School of Theology and Leadership is the heartbeat of our mission to develop transformational, Christ-centered leaders. By equipping students with a profound understanding of Scripture and practical leadership training, the school prepares graduates to serve effectively in churches, nonprofits, and the broader community. The department integrates rigorous theological study with real-world experience, ensuring that students think critically and lead ethically with both wisdom and compassion.
During Give:24, we are raising funds to support the Pastor in Training (PIT) Scholarship and the Developing Deborah Leadership Academy for Women. The Timothy Scholarship is a critical investment in future pastors, removing financial barriers to receive the biblical conviction and practical skills necessary to lead congregations locally and abroad.
Our Developing Deborah initiative offers a year-long mentoring program for female students across all disciplines, pairing them with professional mentors to develop vocational clarity and leadership excellence. Your support provides the essential resources for these scholarships, mentoring relationships, and formative leadership experiences, helping Jessup shape a generation of well-trained, faith-driven leaders who will serve the world with humility and courage.
Featured Scholarship:
- Pastor in Training (PIT) Scholarships support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing local church ministry. Recipients are required to serve in a church ministry while enrolled, participate in the Jessup Preaching Club until competent to preach, and stay in regular communication with the Church Relations Office about their plans for ministry upon graduation.
“Why Give:24” to Jessup’s School of Theology and Leadership
