Jessup has a heart for the nations and desires to see all people changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To that end, we want to raise up, equip and send our students to the ends of the earth to engage unreached peoples with the Gospel. Our vision is to see every student missionally engaged in serving both locally and globally.
In partnership with Jessup’s Global Outreach program, Jessup’s purpose and prayer in sending Jessup missions teams is to support, lead, develop and give students the tangible opportunity to participate in Kingdom work in a culture different than their own.
This year we are excited to announce that in the summer of 2025 we will be sending eleven (11) teams to twelve (12) countries including Nicaragua, Guatemala, Panama, Honduras, Ecuador, Brazil, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Romania, England, Philippines, and Indonesia.
A gift to the Global Outreach Fund will benefit students and ministries directly by providing airfare and lodging for teams, as well as supplies and resources for their various ministries, including VBS, sports activities, community development projects, water filters and feeding and education programs.
"As a new Christian I was afraid to take a leap of faith and go on a missions trip to Tanzania to work with victims of sex trafficking at Courage House. I experienced a ton of spiritual warfare and didn't know if I should even go on the trip. But it's hard to deny the Lord when He calls.
Global Outreach (GO) made it possible for me to truly put my trust in God and gave me the opportunity to share God's love and His word with people from a completely different culture from myself. Since my time in Tanzania my heart has been changed. That would not have happened if I didn’t take the leap of faith to serve the Lord in this way." - Toni Whipkey ('24) | Tanzania Team
