Jessup’s Institute for Public Policy prepares Christian leaders for public service by integrating biblical faith with the complexities of government, politics, and administration. Offering specialized degrees in Public Policy, Criminal Justice, and Public Administration, the department develops ethical, critical-thinking professionals equipped to serve their communities and nation with integrity.
During Give:24, we are raising funds to support specialized research projects and a robust suite of scholarships that empower the next generation of principled leaders. Contributions will fund critical student-led research initiatives that apply biblical principles to modern public life, while also supporting vital scholarships. These scholarships remove financial barriers and reduce student debt, making Christ-centered leadership training accessible to those called to civic engagement.
Featured Scholarships:
- The Keith Bolte Memorial Scholarship supports students with strong academic performance who are pursuing a degree in Public Policy or Criminal Justice.

- The Leland C. McPherson Memorial Scholarship supports students of strong character who demonstrate a commitment to public policy education and public service.
