What is a "giving day?"
Give:24 is Jessup’s annual online giving day. This is a 24-hour digital fundraising event to invite our community of supporters to participate in the mission of Jessup. The goal is to expand the reach and impact of our mission by sending Christ-honoring leaders into the world.
What matches are available during Give:24?
During this year's Give:24 we have over $75,000 in matching funds available across all six student-led projects. Give on March 24th to ensure your gifts are doubled.
What are giving day Matches and Challenges?
Matching Gifts are generated from generous donors who enjoy maximizing the impact of their generosity and to encourage others to make an impact. By participating in a match your giving is doubled for any project or program you give to.
Challenge gifts are celebratory gifts leveraged to encourage others to achieve a certain goal for the purposes of greater participation.
Only gifts made through the Give:24 campaign qualify for matches and challenges.
Why should I share?
When you share the Give:24 event over various social media platforms, generosity on this day is multiplied. If you give $24, share with 24 friends who give $24 the outcome is seemingly limitless.
Do we accept Employer Matching Gifts?
Yes, Jessup does qualify for employer matching gifts. To determine if your employer or your spouse's employer matches gifts, please go HERE.

How do I give?
On the Give24 website (give24.jessup.edu) there is a large BLUE donate button that appears when the campaign is launched - midnight to midnight on March 24. Simply click on this button and follow the prompts. If you are having technical difficulty you can go HERE and select Give:24 in the dropdown or simply contact the Office of University Advancement at 916-577-1800 and we can receive your gift over the phone.
Why should I become a President’s Circle Member?
President’s Circle members give more than $1,000 annually to any project or program at Jessup. To learn more about the President’s Circle please go HERE.
Are there opportunities to give recurring gifts after Give:24 ends?
Jessup just added a new donor loyalty program, Jessup Faithful! Jessup Faithful is made
up of generous supporters who give monthly or have given more than two consecutive years.

What is the Stilgebouer Legacy Society?
William Jessup University now has a special planned giving society called the Stilgebouer Legacy Society. To learn more please go HERE or contact the Office of University Advancement at 916-577-1800 and we can receive your gift over the phone.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes, WJU is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. No goods or services will be exchanged.
Is my gift safe and secure?
Yes. Jessup takes significant measures to ensure that all data and donor information is safe and secure. If you're at all concerned you can call our office at 916-577-1800.
How will my gift be used?
During Give:24 you have the opportunity to choose which project or program you’d like to support. 100% of each gift will go to support that given designation to achieve its goals.
